The case of the Petitioner Bank is that the tenure of the present Board is expiring on 10th June, 2026. The resolution was passed on 18th February, 2026 requesting the Respondent No.2- RCS to appoint a Returning Officer. The same was followed up with three further letters dated 27th February, 2026, 10th April, 2026 and 20th April, 2026 respectively.
