Through the present Appeal, the Appellant assails the correctness of the order dated 17.09.2024 [hereinafter referred to as „Impugned Order‟] passed by the learned Single Judge in I.A. The Appellant, a company engaged in the manufacture of irrigation systems and pipes, entered into a commercial arrangement with the Respondent for the supply of 2000 Kms of PLB Duct pipes in four tranches.
