Learned counsel for the respondents undertakes, on instructions, that as full and final settlement towards the arrears payable to the petitioners, an amount of Rs.1,19,483/- shall be paid latest within a period of three months from today. The same is acceptable to the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Accordingly, the aforesaid undertaking of the learned counsel for the respondents is taken on record. 3. It is made clear that any breach of the aforesaid undertaking and/or any delay in payment, shall be construed as an egregious contempt on the part of the respondents, entailing severe action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 5. Needless to say, in case the aforesaid amount is not paid within the prescribed period, the petitioners shall be at liberty to revive the present petition. 6.
