The present appeal is directed against the Judgment of conviction dated 02.06.2008 and the Order on Sentence dated 03.07.2008 passed by the learned Trial Court, whereby the Appellant was convicted for offences punishable under Sections 363/366/376 of Indian Penal Code 1860 (IPC). For offence under Section 363 IPC, he was sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment (RI) for a period of 4 years and to pay a fine of Rs. 1000/-, in default of payment he was to undergo RI for a period of 6 months and for the offence punishable under Section 366 IPC, he was sentenced to undergo RI for a period of 5 years and a fine of Rs. 2000/-, in default of payment he was to undergo RI for a period of 1 year and for the offence punishable under Section 376 IPC, he was sentenced to undergo RI for a period of 7 Signature Not Verified Signed By:PRIYA CRL.A. 814/2008 Harish Mahajan vs. The State (GOVT.
