The present appeal is directed against the Judgment of conviction dated 02.06.2008 and the Order on Sentence dated 03.07.2008 passed by the learned Trial Court, whereby the Appellant was convicted for offences punishable under Sections 363/366/376 of Indian Penal Code 1860 (IPC).
