Heard Sri Gaurav Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri Manish Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 and Sri Prem Shankar Prasad, learned counsel appearing for State-respondent nos. 2 to 4 and perused the material on record. 2. The above noted habeas corpus writ petition has been filed praying for following reliefs :- "(i) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the order dated 08.11.2025 issued by Respondent no. 3. (ii) Issue a writ order of the nature of Habeas Corpus to release the petitioner forthwith. (iii) Issue any other appropriate writ, order or direction to which the petitioner be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case. (iv) To award costs in favour o
