The present habeas corpus writ petition has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioners seeking the following reliefs:- i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the corpus/petitioner no.1, from their illegal custody while declaring the detention, arrest and remand of the petitioner no.1 as illegal null and void for not following the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Mihir Rajesh Vs. State of Maharashtra and another. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned Remand Order dated 21.3.2026 passed by the Remand Magistrate Gorakhpur. iii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of HABC
