The present habeas corpus writ petition has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioners seeking the following reliefs:- i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of writ of Habeas Corpus commanding and directing the respondent no.3 to produce the corpu, Jitendra Singh Niranjan before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith. ii.
