By order dated 22.04.2026, the private respondents were directed to produce the minor corpus, Amaad Khan and Zohar Khan. In compliance thereof, respondent no.4 has produced the corpus before this Court. Upon interaction with petitioner no.3, it has transpired that Shah Nawaz Khan, the natural father of the corpus, was previously employed in Saudi Arabia, but has now returned to India and intends to establish his business at Prayagraj. He has undertaken before this Court to duly secure and safeguard the welfare, upbringing, and future of the minor children. He is accompanied by his mother, Hazartunisha, the paternal grandmother of the corpus, who, during her interaction with the Court, has also expressed her willingness and readiness to care for the minors.
