This habeas corpus writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent police authorities to produce the corpus/petitioners, who is in illegal custody of respondent nos.5 to 7, before this Court and also handover the custody of corpus to their mother/natural guardian. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioner nos.1 and 2 (corpus) are the son of the respondent no.7. It was submitted that first corpus at present is about three years old, and other corpus is four years old and they are in illegal detention of respondent nos.5, 6 and 7.
