The present petition has been filed praying for following reliefs:- "(i) To issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of certiorari setting aside the order dated 15.01.2026 passed by the Remand Magistrate/ACJM Court No. 07, Meerut, in Case No. 1629/2025, under section 132(1)(c) and 132(1)(i) of the CGST Act, 2017, Department DGGI, Meerut, and all consequential proceedings thereof.
