The above noted Habeas Corpus Writ Petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:- i. To issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent herein to produce the corpus/petitioner while declaring the detention, arrest and subsequent remand and custody of 2 HABC No. - 256 of 2026 the petitioner as unconstitutional, illegal and arbitrary and consequently directing that the petitioner be released forthwith. ii. To issue a writ,order or direction in the nature of certiorari setting aside the order dated 11.2.2026 passed by th
