HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD HABEAS CORPUS WRIT PETITION No. - 235 of 2026 Aman Kumar Singh Urf Mikki .....Petitioner(s) Versus State of U.P. and others .....Respondent(s) Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Chandrakesh Mishra, Sr. Advocate, Vasundhara Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Court No. - 47 HON'BLE J.J. MUNIR, J. HON'BLE TARUN SAXENA, J. 1. Heard Mr. Daya Shankar Mishra, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Chandrakesh Mishra, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Vivek Shandilya, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. Vaibhav Shandilya, learned Counsel for the informant and Mr. Gagan Mehta, learned Additional Government Advocate on behalf of the State. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that this Habeas Corpus Writ Petition was allowed by a Division Bench comprising Hon'ble Siddharth and Hon'ble Jai Krishna Upadhyay, JJ. vide judgment and order dated 12.03.2026 on the short ground that the order of remand and the arrest memo were not in accordance with law, inasmuch as in the arrest memo, some columns of the grounds of arrest were left blank by the Investigating Officer. The Court, therefore, quashed the arrest memo drawn up by the Investigating Officer dated 06.
