No.136 of 1992, Devendra Singh & others Vs. State of U.P., whereby the compensation for the acquired land situated in village Makanpur, Pargana & Tehsil Loni & Dadri, District Ghaziabad has been determined at the rate of Rs. 108/- per sq. yard alongwith other statutory benefits admissible under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. 3.
