The instant appeal has been preferred against the judgment and award dated 24.02.2016 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Court No.5, Faizabad/Ayodhya (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') in M.A.C.P. No.241 of 2015 for enhancement of compensation. 3. Brief facts of the case are that on 17.06.2015, at around 08:00pm, one Suneel Kumar aged about 49 years was traveling as a pillion rider on a motorcycle bearing registration no. UP45E2711, which was being driven by Sushil Kumar Singh. When they reached village Durgapur, situated at Poorabazar to Masaudha road, a Nilgai (Blue Bull) suddenly came in front of the vehicle
