The instant appeal has been preferred against the judgment and award dated 22.04.2022 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Barabanki (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') in M.A.C.P. No.235 of 2018, whereby compensation of Rs.4,83,600/- along with simple interest at the rate of 6% has been awarded in favour of the claimants- appellants. 3.
