This first appeal from order has been filed by the appellant-claimant against the judgment and order dated 23.02.2023 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Unnao in C.M.C. No.85 of 2023 (Premshankar & others Vs. Aparna Shukla & others), whereby the claim of the appellant has been rejected on the ground delay. 3. The brief facts of the case as stated in the instant appeal is that on 04.05.2022 at about 6:30 p.m., one Kamlashankar aged about 47 years was going from Shivsingh Khera to Shekhpurnasi Bazar by his bicycle and when he reached near Janta Dhaba at Shiv Singh Khera, a car bearing registration no.
