This belated appeal has been filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 against the judgment and award dated 29.04.2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Court No.09, Faizabad in M.A.C. No.16 of 2012. 3. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the instant belated appeal. The office has reported a delay of 4 years 4 months 7 days in filing the instant appeal. 4. The reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of delay condonation application are as follows : "2. That the appellant was informed by his counsel that the claim petition has been decided against the insurance company hence he could not pre
