The order impugned is dated 14.11.2016 by which divorce was granted to the appellant in a divorce petition filed by the appellant at Family Court at Mathura. The divorce petition filed by the appellant was allowed by the order of the learned trial court dated 14.11.2006 and the decree of divorce was granted to the appellant. Before this Court 20 years thereafter, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that the entire proceedings before the learned trial court was vitiated by fraud as the divorce petition was never filed by the appellant herein and that some other person was placed before the learned trial court to impersonate the appellant and the same was done by the respondent-husband in order to secure a decree of divorce.
