The present appeal has been filed by the appellant who is wife of the respondents before the learned trial court under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act for maintenance pendente lite. The respondent has filed a case under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act for divorce against the appellant herein. Learned trial court by the impugned order has awarded her Rs.10,000/- maintenance per month and Rs.5000/- to be given as one time payment to meet her litigation expenses. The case of both the sides is summarized in paragraph no.6 of the order. The undisputed facts, the Court has recorded that the parties are married.
