The present appeal has been filed by the appellant who is aggrieved by the impugned order dated 13.07.2023 passed in Case No.859 of 2022 passed by the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhansi whereby the respondent-husband Anil Rajpoot was granted divorce under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act. 2. The case put forth by learned counsel for the appellant is that the appellant was proceeded ex parte and did not have knowledge about the proceedings and that the order is bad in law as issues were never framed and lastly that the appellant was never informed of her right to appeal by the learned trial court. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent on the other hand has submitted that the appeal has been filed with a delay of more than 900 days and that in the meanwhile, the respondent has got married again and has a 5 months old child from
