The present Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [“Act”] seeking the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that are stated to have arisen out of Work Order No. BECIL/Event Management/ Expression/2022-23 dated 27.03.2023. 2. The Arbitration Clause is set out at Clause 9 of the Agreement Dated 27.03.20231, which reads as follows: “9.
