The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the impugned orders dated 09th July, 2024, passed by the learned National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in First Appeal No. 432/2024 and 30th April, 2024, passed by the learned Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, in Consumer Complaint No. 324/2016 respectively. 3. During the pendency of the present petition, the parties have entered into a settlement vide settlement agreement dated 19th December, 2025.
