The present Letters Patent Appeal has been filed by the Appellant being aggrieved by the judgment dated 10.02.2026 (“Impugned Judgment”) passed in W.P.(C) 1406/2025 (“Writ Petition”) whereby the Writ Petition seeking direction to the Respondent sought by the Appellant to convert the CPF-cum-Gratuity Scheme (“CPF Scheme”) to the GPF-cum- Pension Scheme (“GPF Scheme”) with consequential pensionary benefits was dismissed.
