In W.P.(CRL) 1238/2026, both the petitioners i.e. Dr. Deepanjali Gupta and her husband Dr. Amit Agarwal seek quashing of FIR No. 0299/2019 dated 06.09.2019, registered at Police Station Kotwali, for commission of offences under Sections 341/323/324/506/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. The abovesaid FIR was registered on the basis of complaint lodged by respondent No. 2-Ms. Namrata Aggarwal.
