The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, Delhi Transport Corporation, under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 28.10.2009 (hereinafter referred to as the Impugned Order) and the Award dated 02.12.2010 (hereinafter referred to as the Impugned Award) passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in DID No. 01/2008.
