Petitioner herein seeks quashing of FIR No. 51/2022 dated 29.09.2022, registered at Police Station Cyber Police Station East, Delhi, for commission of offences under Sections 43/66 of Information Technology Act, 2000, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The marriage between complainant (respondent No.2 herein) and petitioner was solemnized on 03.12.2016 as per Hindu rites and customs. One child was born from the abovesaid wedlock. 3.
