State of U.P. and others, whereby the judgment of acquittal dated 11.3.2025 passed in Case No.4740 of 1999, titled State Vs. Vijay Kumar and others, arising out of case crime no.83 of 1996, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 IPC, registered at police station- Hathras Gate, District- Hathras has been upheld.
