Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the complaint dated 27.09.2023 filed by the complainant against five accused persons, i.e., opposite party nos.2 to 6, wherein it is alleged that on 25.08.2023 at around 6:00 p.m. all accused persons entered her house with sticks, country-made pistols, knives and started breaking her utensils and other items lying in the house, and when the complainant resisted they all gave her kick and fist blows.
