The present criminal revision has been filed to set aside the order dated 10.12.2025 passed by the learned Children's Court/Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge POCSO Act, Exclusive, Jaunpur in Criminal Appeal No. 126 of 2025 (Juvenile Delinquent X vs. State of U.P., as well as order dated 01.11.2025 passed by the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Jaunpur, arising out of Case Crime No. 111 of 2025, under Sections 61(2), 103(1), 3(5) BNS, Police Station Tejibajar, District Jaunpur. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits: (i) admittedly, the applicant was a juvenile aged about 17 years, 9 months and 28 days on the date of alleged incident; He is in jail since 12.07.20
