The present criminal revision has been filed by the revisionists against the judgment and order dated 10.12.2025 passed by Additional Session Judge/Special Judge, District Lalitpur, as well as the entire proceedings in Session Case No. 1312 of 2024 (Smt. Guddi Versus Gorelal and others) in complaint case No. 34 of 2018, under Section 392 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Lalitpur, District Lalitpur by which the learned court below has rejected the discharge application, filed under Section 227 of the Cr.
