The instant criminal revision under section 19 (4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 has been preferred against the impugned order dated 01.04.2026 passed in Crl. Misc. Case no. 1414/2024 (Rizwan Ahmad versus Smt. Anjum Bano & another) under section 145(2) BNSS by which learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gonda dismissed revisionist's application dated 19.08.2025 (paper no.-19-B) to adjust the amount which was deducted from revisionist's salary as cost imposed by the learned court below for condoning the delay and recalling the ex-parte order. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionist is a teacher in a primary school, and respondent no.2 is a shiksha Mitra.
