The present criminal revision has been filed to quash the order dated 10.12.2025 passed by learned Court Additional Session Judge/ Special Judge, POCSO Act Court No.1, Gorakhpur in Juvenile Criminal Appeal No.206 of 2025 (Juvenile Offender Vs. State of U.P. and another) and the order dated 28.11.2025 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Gorakhpur arising out of Case Crime No.592 of 2025, under Sections 65(1), 351(3) of BNS and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Khorabar, District Gorakhpur.
