The present criminal revision has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 30.03.2026 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sant Kabir Nagar in Case No.2747 of 2016 (State of U.P. Vs. Mahfoozurrahman and another) under Section 420 I.P.C. arising out of Case Crime No.473 of 2017, Police Station Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar and to stay the further order dated 30.03.2026 passed in the aforesaid case and also to discharge the revisionists for the offence u/s 420 I.P.C. It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionists that there was dispute relating to sale of immovable property regarding which sale deed was executed and as money consideration was also transferred in favour of the opposite parties.
