The present criminal revision has been filed with prayer to set aside the judgment and order dated 25.02.2026 passed by Special Judge (POCSO Act), Bulandshahar in Special Session Case No.4815 of 2022 (State vs. Lavkush & other) arising out of Case No.660 of 2022, under Sections 354, 354A, 341, 504, 506 I.P.C. R/w 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Bulandshahar. It it submitted by learned counsel for the revisionist that in this case the learned trial court has framed the charge u/s 7/8 POCSO Act also though there is no such specific allegation about the intention of the accused for touching the person of the victim. Further submitted that for charge u/s 7/8 POCSO Act the touch must be with sexual intention for committing the offence that is lacking in the p
