This criminal revision has been filed with a prayer to allow the present revision and set aside the impugned order dated 20.01.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Chandauli in Criminal Appeal No. 31 of 2024, (Vinod Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and another) arising out of judgment and conviction order dated 06.08.2024, passed in Complaint Case No. 3353 of 2022, (Lalti Devi Vs. Vinod Kumar) under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, Police Station Saiyyadraja, District Chandauli whereby the application 18 Kha filed by the revisionist has been rejected. It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionist that in this case an application Paper No. 18 Kha was filed before the learned Appellate court to file Cheque No. 04
