The present criminal revision has been filed with prayer to set aside the order dated 07.04.2026 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Saidpur, Ghazipur in Criminal Case No.793 of 2025 (Rajesh Yadav vs. Ram Sahay and others) under Section 115(2), 352, 351(3) B.N.S. 2023 (Section 323, 504, 506 I.P.C.), Police Station Saidpur, District Ghazipur. It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionists that in this case they were summoned in a complaint case. The summoning order was challenged before this Court in Application u/s 528 B.N.S.S. No.52386 of 2025 which was decided by this Court on 02.02.2026 by which the application u/s 528 B.N.S.S. was declined but the revisionist was directed to approach the learned trial court and to move an application for discharge
