This criminal revision has been filed with a prayer to allow the present revision and set aside the judgment and order dated 23.02.2026 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra in Criminal Case No. 4962 of 2021 (State Vs. Manoj and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 474 of 2020, under Sections 323, 325, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Sikandra, District Agra and also prays to direct the learned court concerned to pass a fresh order and summon the accused opposite party no. 2 in the aforesaid criminal case. It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionist that in this case an F.I.R. was lodged against three named accused persons Anuj Kumar, Manoj, Rajendra and one unknown person for committing assault and maar-peet with the revisionist on 05.08.2020 at a
