The present criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist against the judgement and order dated 05.02.2026 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No.3/Judicial Magistrate, District Maharajganj by which rejected the Complaint Case No. 13868 of 2023, (Sheela Versus Ram Ratan and others), Police Station Kothibar, District Maharajganj, filed by the revisionist under Section 223 B.N.S.S.-2023. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the revisionist that in this case a complaint was filed against the opposite party nos. 2,3, and 4 with the allegation that when the complainant was alone in her room, the opposite party no.2-Ram Ratan came there and started molesting.
