The present criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist with prayer to allow the revision and set aside the impugned order dated 17.03.2026 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 4, Muzaffar Nagar in Complaint Case No. 13241 of 2024 (Deshveer Singh Vs. Satendra Kumar and others), Police Station Kotwali City, District Muzaffar Nagar. It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionist that in this case, an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was filed, which was treated as complaint and after recording the statements of the complainant under Section 200 Cr.P.C. and other witnesses under Section 202 Cr.P.C. it was dismissed under Section 203 Cr.P.C. A cheque amounting to Rs. 22,000/- was given by the revision
