The present criminal revision has been filed with prayer to set aside the impugned order dated 21.02.2026 passed by Special Judge (POCSO Act) Additional District and Sessions Judge, Varanasi in Criminal Misc. Case No.46 of 2026 ("F" vs. Aman Kumar Singh and others) u/s 173(4) B.N.S.S., Police Station Manduadeeh, District Varanasi for lodging of an FIR against opposite party no.2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionist that in this case the victim was minor and she was going with her elder sister Medha Tiwari to attend a marriage ceremony in the village Bauliya, Manduadeeh on 08.11.2025. In the way the opposite party no.2 at about 10:15 P.M. with an unknown person and having a pistol in his hand intercepted the elder daughter
