This criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist against the order dated 18.0.2.2026 passed by learned trial court by which an application paper no. 19-kha under Section 319 Cr.P.C. has been allowed and order for summoning the revisionist Krishna Devi has been made for trial with other co-accused persons in Session Trial No. 217 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No. 312 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mangalpur, District Kanpur Dehat. It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionist that in this case, on the basis of general allegation of the informant Lalaram, an F.I.R. was lodged against husband Deel Singh, Chhote Lal, Shila Devi, Ram Babu those are jeth, sas and sasur and
