Vs. Bharatpal @ Bharat) arising out of Case Crime No. 82 of 2021, under Sections 302, 201 I.P.C., Police Station Basai Mohammadpur, District Firozabad and also prays to stay the further proceeding in the aforesaid case during the pendency of present revision.
