The present criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist against the impugned order dated 19.02.2026 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 12, Meerut in Session Trial No. 1596 of 2025 (State Versus Nazama) arising out of Case Crime No. 22 of 2024, under Sections 308/323/504/506 I.P.C., Police Station Kithore, District Meerut whereby discharge application 7Kha of the revisionist has been rejected. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the revisionist that in this case the revisionist is daughter-in-law of the informant Smt. Hajra wife of Shoaib, who lodged a false first information report against her for committing marpeet under Sections 147, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C.
