Heard Sri Bhanu Prakash Verma, learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. At the outset, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that since charge sheet has been filed against the revisionist under Sections 64(1), 78, 333, 123, 351(3) BNS and under Section 5L/6, 11/12 POCSO Act, and as such, earlier two separate revisions were filed by the revisionist before this Court. He further submits that Criminal Revision No. 7059 of 2025 was filed with the prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 367 of 2025, under Sections 123, 351(3), 64(1), 333 BNS, Police Station Campierganj, District Gorakhpur against the judgment and order dated 04.08.2025 pass
