The present criminal revision has been filed to quash the order dated 3.12.2025, passed by learned Juvenile Court, Auraiya, in Criminal Appeal No. 55 of 2025 and the order dated 9.9.2025, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Auraiya in Case Crime No.223 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(1) of BNS & 3/4(1) of POCSO Act and 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Ajeetmal, District Auraiya.
