The present criminal revision has been filed to quash the order dated 12.12.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Court, POCSO-I, District Prayagraj in Juvenile Appeal No. 170 of 2025; titled Juvenile vs. State of U.P. and another, as well as order dated 04.11.2025 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Khulabad, District Prayagraj in Case Crime No. 110 of 2025, under Sections 352, 351(2), 55 BNS and Section 66 Information Technology Act, Police Station Sarai Mamrej, District Prayagraj. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits: (i) admittedly, the applicant was a juvenile aged about 17 years and 5 months on the date of alleged incident; He is in jail since 27.7.2025; (ii) the applicant has been falsely implicated; (iii) there is no specific or strong objection raised in the DPO report,
