The present criminal revision petition has been filed against the order dated 18.11.2025 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Buddh Nagar in Case No. 681 of 2025, Pradeep Kumar Gupta Vs. Mohd. Shakeel Khan, whereby the application filed by the revisionist under Section 173(4) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as "BNSS"), has been rejected. 2. Genesis of this petition is an incident, which took place on 23.04.2025 on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway near Pari Chowk Metro Station involving the revisionist and opposite party no. 2.
