The present criminal revision has been filed to quash the order dated 13.01.2026 passed by learned Judge Child Court/Special Judge (POCSO Act), Additional District & Sessions Judge, Pilibhit in Criminal Appeal No.92/2025 and the order dated 02.12.2025 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Pilibhit in Case No.91/2025 arising out of Case Crime No.313/2025 under Sections- 191(2), 191(3), 118(1), 74, 76, 103(1), 115(2), 351(3), 352, 3(5) BNS and Section- 3(1)(Da), 3(1) (Dha), 3(2) (v) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Bilaspur, District-Pilibhit. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits: (i) admittedly, the applicant was a juvenile aged about 17 years on the date of alleged incident; He is in observation since 07.08.2025; the applicant has
