The present criminal revision has been filed to quash the order dated 28.1.2026 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Etah in Criminal Appeal No. 119 of 2025 (Juvenile A vs. State of U.P. & another) and the order dated 3.12.2025 in Bail Application No. 92 of 2025 under Sections 70(2), 351(2) BNS & Section 5g/6 POCSO Act passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Etah arising out of Case Crime No. 247 of 2025 under Section 70(1), 351(2) BNS and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Nidhauli Kala District Etah.
