Petitioner- Accused Anil Nishad has filed this revision petition to challenge the impugned order dated 14.08.2025 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge/FTC (Crime Against Women), Gorakhpur in Session Case No.1839 of 2024, titled State of U.P. Vs. Anil Nishad, arising out of case crime no.308 of 2024, under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station Khorabar, District Gorakhpur, whereby while framing charges, the trial court has alternatively framed charge against the petitioner for commission of offence punishable under Section 302 IPC.
